  • Do I need to setup a computer and desk for you at my office?

No, all our work is done remotely. We setup up a convenient way to upload any documents for us to complete our work. This is discussed in our initial consultation and customized to you, so it works best for you and your business.

  • How can I access my data?

You always own your data. It is available via the internet 24 hours a day from most browsers or an app for your phone or tablet.

  • What does this cost?

Service cost will vary and be specific to your business. During our initial meeting we will better understand your business, data and service level agreements (SLA). Generally, fees will start at $300 per month and will vary based on your needs.

  • What software do you use?

For accounting software, we use Quickbooks, bill payment we use Bill pay, receipt management, we use Hubdoc. For other document sharing we use smart vault and google drive. We use Google meet and Zoom for all our video conferencing and screen sharing needs.
